What do I do if I can’t find a product when I’m trying to edit a machine?

Go to Settings > Warehouse > Products. Filter for the product you need using the search bars. Confirm whether the product appears as Active in the Status column on the right side.

If it does not appear, change the Status filter to show All products or Inactive products. Repeat the filter and search. You can scroll down to the bottom to allow more results to load, if available.

 

If the product does not appear in the expanded results, please contact Parlevel Hero Support through Slack, email, or by phone. Provide a description of the product, including name, brand, net weight, and, if possible, an image.
